Your order
Choose your garment, size, photo, artwork style and any wording. Each item in a set can be different. Saving a design or adding it to your bag does not place an order or reserve stock. Review the full order and total before paying. We email confirmation of a completed purchase. A private preview or clearly labelled test order is not an order for production.
Prices and delivery
Prices and checkout totals are in GBP. UK delivery is included in the displayed garment prices. Any eligible set discount is shown before payment. Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout. We currently deliver within the UK only.
We prepare an artwork proof for your approval before printing. Approve the final proof before 11am UK time on a working day for dispatch that day; later approvals dispatch the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. UK express delivery is estimated at 1-2 working days after dispatch, rather than after ordering. An artwork change requires fresh approval. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Contact us about a time-sensitive order or any late or missing parcel.
Your artwork proof
The website shows generated examples, not the finished artwork of your own photo. Check your emailed proof for the correct photo, wording, spelling and layout. We print after you explicitly approve the final proof; silence is not approval. Screen colours can differ from printed colours. Approval does not remove your rights if the supplied goods are faulty, misdescribed or different from what was agreed.
Photo and text permissions
Only submit material you own or have permission to reproduce. Obtain permission from people shown, and from a parent or guardian for a child. Professional photos may also need the photographer's permission. We may decline unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights; if we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will arrange the appropriate refund.
You retain ownership of your original photo. You give us limited permission to handle the order, prepare its artwork and make your chosen items. This does not give us permission to use your photo in advertising. Any publicity permission must be separate and optional. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated elements.
Changes, returns and problems
Contact us promptly if you need to amend an order. Once personalisation begins, a change or cancellation may not be possible. Clearly personalised goods are normally exempt from change-of-mind cancellation; your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain. See our return and refund policy for the process.
Fair terms
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts your statutory consumer rights. Contact us first about a problem so we can help resolve it. Our privacy policy explains how your details are handled.
