Choosing Add my set to bag uploads your original photos and design choices to Shopify and attaches them to your order. Our team uses them to prepare your portrait, then emails a proof for your approval before printing. The website shows examples, not an instant transformation of your photo. Save design keeps words and choices on this device, but not your photos. Clear saved design below to remove those local choices.

We use order, contact, delivery and personalisation details to fulfil our contract with you, answer requests before a purchase and meet legal obligations. Security, fraud prevention and general support are based on our legitimate interests.

Our team may use OpenAI image tools to help prepare the portrait, followed by human review. Only the image and instructions needed for the artwork are used for this purpose; your payment and delivery information are not needed by the image tool. We email the proof using Google Workspace. Please submit photos you have permission to use and avoid including unrelated personal information. Your photo is not permission for us to advertise with it. Any publicity permission is separate and optional.

Shopify hosts the store and order records. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify may combine interactions with this store and other merchants to improve products, advertising and personalisation. Shopify is responsible for its processing for these enhanced features, as explained in its Consumer Privacy Policy. No other merchant can see your store data through this feature. The payment provider you choose handles payment information, and the delivery carrier receives the details needed to deliver your parcel. Our service providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable privacy terms and data-protection arrangements. Shopify’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy describe their respective services; contact us if you need more information about how your order is handled.

We keep order and transaction records for accounting, legal obligations and resolving claims. Artwork, original photos and support correspondence are kept only while needed to prepare and support your order, handle a problem or meet those obligations. Retention depends on the record and any unresolved issue; it is not a promise of automatic deletion on a fixed date. You can ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed. Deleting a saved design in your browser does not delete an uploaded order photo.

Essential store features use cookies and similar storage for the bag, checkout and security. Saving a design uses this browser’s local storage. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives connection information when fonts load. Where optional analytics or marketing cookies are offered, you can manage them through the store’s cookie controls. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent an order.
